Clean Living at Central MTR station, between exits F & H (which are right next to each other).
Note: Most drop off places won't do underwear. Nice hotels will, but usually buying new ones at UNIQLO is cheaper than paying hotel laundry costs.

I've used two in Wanchai regularly. Sorry, no street addresses.
The first location, if you stand with Fleming Hotel to your back, directly across the Fleming Rd. in the alley off Lockhart is drop off. The second: walk out of Novotel in Wanchai, turn right and walk 1 block, on right side. Both charge by weight/load, pickup usually 2-3 hrs and they take everything!
Another suggestion which I've yet to test: with either android phone via google or iPhone via siri, ask when you arrive.

I drop off underwears at Hong Kong laundry places and never got rejected? I just search for 洗衣店 on google map and call them and ask if they charge by the kilo. I think there are a few places that rip off tourists in Central and charges by pieces like the hotel. I paid about $80 HK to wash the whole bag of laundry in about 2 or 3 hours including underwears!

Yea, I've never had that problem with underwears. Practically all of those local laundry shops will take a large bag of clothes, wash everything in about 3-4 hours and fold them for you back in the bag. Only thing they'll ask about is if there are any bed sheets or large blankets. I usually manage 15-22kg per trip (but get price gouged out in Tung Chung)

There's a small place on Wellington St in Central so walking distance from the MO. It's just next to Japan Home Centre. The woman who works there isn't exactly all smiles and a big welcome but they do a decent job.
There are also a couple of places on Caine Road between the escalator and Welcome supermarket.

For others who might stumbled on this, we've always managed to find these laundry place on the Kowloon side, found them near Langham Place, in Mong Kok MTR - where locals lived & worked, that charged by the weight (a typical laundry bag full - 10 to 12 kg. done, dried & folded by end of day by $50 to $60 HKD (dirt cheap, including socks & underwear) whereas hotel would be charging them by the pieces.
And, there's always paper underwear ... disposable & all (no, we don't use them, but know of others.

I believe the 'main' entrance is used only when trying to que for taxi. Before you head out, ask conceriege for help. I literally walked out one day to catch MTR and came across the one down the street.

If you come out facing Lockhart Rd it is to your right and almost the end of that block on the same side. It is next/near to the Hotel Victoria.

Mong Kok is a more residential area so it is easier to find wash and fold services by the kg.
Central and admiralty is business and government so one would need to venture further for wash and fold shops. In central head up the hills to mid-level and in Admiralty, head towards Wan Chai.
