Yea, I've never had that problem with underwears. Practically all of those local laundry shops will take a large bag of clothes, wash everything in about 3-4 hours and fold them for you back in the bag. Only thing they'll ask about is if there are any bed sheets or large blankets. I usually manage 15-22kg per trip (but get price gouged out in Tung Chung)
