I drop off underwears at Hong Kong laundry places and never got rejected? I just search for 洗衣店 on google map and call them and ask if they charge by the kilo. I think there are a few places that rip off tourists in Central and charges by pieces like the hotel. I paid about $80 HK to wash the whole bag of laundry in about 2 or 3 hours including underwears!
