Online booking bonus after 31march?
Anyone knows if Hilton will continue with the online booking bonus at 1000 points after the 31st of March? For the moment it looks like I will have four stays in late april and I wouldnt mind the extra points.

I have received 1500 online booking bonus points - twice now. I did not however receive online points for a recent stay and have e-mailed to have that corrected.
It took over a week to finally received a response from [email protected] (none so far from a second request to [email protected])
Scott there asked me for a code for the 1500 points which made me look further into my records. I don't recall receiving a code for 1500 points - I am simply receiving them in my portfolio?? I asked Scott to check whether the 1500's are errors as I could see on the hilton web site that they are offering 1000 and to credit either the missing 1000 or 1500 whichever it may be to my account.
Hope it doesn't take another week to find out. I do not understand why some get a nearly instant response and others wait over a week.
I'll add to this if and when it is resolved.

Received a note yesterday and the 1500 miles were put into my account. No explanation of why 1500, but based on the comments below maybe because I'm gold level.

I had 79 Hilton stays last year and am working my way to the same number this year. Based upon my stays, this problem seems to be related to specific hotels. For example, Minneapolis Hilton North never gets it right. Fortunately, customer service can credit the points quickly if the computer is cooperating

Stayed at the Hilton in Brisbane, Australia in early February. The miles, along with my 1000 bonus posed within a week. The double airline miles just posted this week. Great hotel if you're ever in Brisbane.

I have booked on Hilton.com & Hamptoninn.com and received the 1000 point bonus.
You have to do the following:
1) put in your HHonors number at time of booking
2) put in your email address for an email confirmation of your hilton.com/hamptoninn.com booking.
3) If they don't credit the 1000 points fax the confirmation as proof.
Works every time.

Last year I got my online points in a big batch. This year, I did (1) and (2) as you noted above and got nothing. One email to [email protected] took care of it as usual.

On my first booking the credit didn't show and I had to call customer service. On last week's stay in Melbourne, Australia which posted this week, the bonus was there, along with a double points [Diners] bonus.

I had a problem when attempting to book online, as the system kept telling me my
Hhonors # was not valid, even though I had just checked my account online. Customer service added the bonus without a problem.
