Recent stay:
a) Assigned room at South Tower. Asked nicely for North Tower and got a mini suite (2 bedrooms: 1 regular, 1 smaller) with jacuzzi (perhaps because midweek stay). Not high floor though (maybe 15?)
b) Family of 4 but only given 2 breakfast vouchers at check-in. Had to ask for complimentary upgrade to Watermark and they annotated vouchers accordingly. Denied request for 2 more vouchers for kids. Did the in-person version of HUACA: asked a different agent again the next morning and was given 2 more vouchers.

I think you meant to say (because IIRC you've posted on this hotel many times in past) that the parking fee at casino is assessed per exit, not per day.

August 2016 Update
I'm on property now on a three night HH points stay at 70K/night.
Booked the standard Casinoview King Whirlpool Room for two adults. As a Diamond, upgraded the night before arrival into a King American Fallsview; OLCI showed us preassigned to the 45th floor in the North tower.
Upon arrival, front desk clerk immediately recognized Diamond status and said "you all are very special to us; let me see what better I can do". After a few minutes of keyboard typing, she said "I found a dual Fallsview but it's a little smaller than your current room". We took the dual Fallsview and ended up in 4750, a whirlpool king in the north tower. Great room; Fallsview is great.
Since there were only two of us, can't comment on extra vouchers for four. Vouchers entitle you to free full buffet in the downstairs restaurant; still a $5 per person upcharge to eat in the Watermark on the 33rd floor in the south tower.
Great stay thus far! Will follow up if anything changes.

Recent Sunday night stay.
At check-in it's as if I had to remind the front desk I was Diamond.
"And what about breakfast vouchers?"
"And how about WiFi?"
Needless to say, there was no upgrade.
North tower, 15th floor, American Falls view.
Room was not up to par. Wife found booger on bathroom door, I found pop/soda stains on a lamp. The shower head flow selector knob was busted. Stray hairs all throughout. The pool's fountain has been shutdown for months according to staff. They then described the small fountain pool as one for infants and toddlers--but there's no lifeguard and no way they could see the water from their position. At one point the lifeguards had to remind others to watch their water.
I emailed an assistant to the manager, and they immediately called me, apologized, and were very kind in offering a substantial credit to my account, which basically made up for half my stay. I was pleased with their make good, but probably would not have returned if it weren't for that gesture.
Of course I'm not mad, just disappointed. Because I know this hotel has been a lot better.

Stayed there about a month ago. Didn't have any significant issues, but it's not a hotel that wowed me. Did get an upgrade from Premium Fallsview Suite to Tower King Suite (basically a corner suite with an extra view to the north). Internet was fine (not especially fast, but passable). Got a voucher for discounted yogurt, but the place wasn't open when I was getting ready to leave.

Mistakenly returned
Housekeeping and maintenance are a total disaster.
They refused to remove the voluntary Tourism Improvement Fee. At booking they refer to it as a service charge...but they're not transparent in the least bit about the fees once you receive the final bill.
Watermark restaurant would remove the fee, but Starbucks would not.
My north tower room was dirty and beat up. The property really could use some love, a thorough scrub down and a dusting.
Niagara health has had recently documented issues with the condition of the hot tub, but it remained open during our stay.
The pool water temperature was very cold, I personally was fine with it, but many of the other guests complained about how chilly it felt.
After a pretty poorly handled situation at the front desk, I left them some punch list notes on what to clean or repair...

- All the light switches are dusty, remove plate spray with air in a can or use Clorox dust wipes
- Hot tub had a really bad fix...sand and repaint, or replace hot tub
- Someone's party favors left over.
- Outlet falling out of the bedside lamp socket.
- Dried blood in the bedroom lampshade
- Crayon on the glass bedroom door
- Bathroom door lock busted
- Someone had left a toothbrush in a cup placed in the bathroom lamp that was never cleaned.

Completely unfair! The Embassy Suites Niagara Falls has claimed the title of worst hotel ever. I can only assume you have never stayed there
