May I learn the resort credit for my next week reservation will be credit by 2018 or 2019?
Check IN: 31st DEC 2018
Check OUT: 1st JAN 2019
At Hilton Dead Sea Resort and SPA
Use: AMEX Aspire
Or how can I use my 2018 resort credit before I check in?

If I remember correctly the resort credit is per member year and the airline credit is per calendar year.

but I knew this resort credit was per member year.
this is my question : if I check in on 31st Dec 2018 and check out on 1st Jan 2019. The resort credit will be count in 2018 or new year 2019?
which means I should have another resort credit in 2019 or not if I checked out on 1st Jan 2019?

My membership year starting from 11 Sep 2018, so I believe the resort credit might be available if the charge post before this year ending.
Anyway, you point out the resort credit will be determined by the date the resort charged.
So, I believe it should be the new membership year in 2019. I will not have another resort credit in 2019 anymore.

We stayed at Hilton Tokyo Bay 12.2-12.4, No credit has hit, and Amex says it takes 8-12 weeks after the charge?

Did you check your resort charged by Hilton Resort in the statement? If yes, it should be automatic triggered by system. Am I right?

On the statement the charge is as Tokyo Bay Hilton Hotel

Are you sure you're correctly understanding the membership year? If you check out on Jan 1. 2019 you will get the credit for your current membership year, and you won't be eligible to recieve another one until after Sept 11, 2019.

My understand is per membership year (from open the card 2018.9.11) to the end of year (2018.12.31), I can get 1 time resort credit from Aspire.
And renew again from 2019.1.1 to the end of 2019. So, I am wrong? Please advise me if any, thank you!

No, that would be a calendar year. Membership year is one full year from the date your membership begins...Sept 11 in your case.
