Wouldn't it be great to know?!? I'm in the same boat. Looking for the December holidays. I've booked the Holiday Inn Express as a placeholder.

Looking forward to when this hotel finally opens. It'll be good to have a cheaper place to redeem HH points in HK.

Or if the cash rates are close to the HIXes in Hong Kong ($~150 USD++), they'll be reasonable options for people who aren't interested in paying for marble bathrooms ala Conrad and just want a clean three-ish star place with a comfortable bed and shower in the Hilton chain.

If booked last minute the HIX Mongkok is normally < 90 USD/nt (600-700 HKG/nt; a bit less id you know a corp. code)

It's going back to the March 2017 reservation date. "This hotel will soon be joining the Hilton Worldwide Portfolio of Brands and is presently accepting reservations for arrival March 1, 2017 and beyond."

It isn't actually accepting reservations for any date though.

It does on my Hilton app for dates in March and beyond, but I have not tried on the web.

No offence but why would you spend 40k a night on a $100/n property?

Conrad is only 2x the points but at least 3x the cash price.
