I agree, the numbers are fine, but the mumbo jumbo words that you can barely read become maddening after a few log ins

Every time I try to log-in via the normal page, I get the message "The Sign In details you entered do not match any accounts on record. Please check that your caps lock is off and then try again."
I can only log in if going through a dummy booking and then logging in from there. Is there a solution to this ?

was numbers, now (ficticious) words
Every log-in I've had since Captcha was implemented, including about an hour ago, presented a 3-4 digit number which was easy to read and enter.
Now (10 minutes ago) is two distorted words, one of which is made-up. Horrible! I had to click the refresh several times to get to a pair that I could read accurately.
Can't argue this isn't good security when the rightful account holder can't log in!

I started getting the scrabble words two week ago and said screw it... went to IHG for travel plans.
Three weeks ago I wrote to Diamond desk without reply.
Seriously; I was on track for +130 rooms this year prior to this nonsense, now I doubt I will break 80.
If it keeps up next year, I doubt I will make Diamond.

and now back to numbers...
consistently for the last two days (maybe 6 logins...planning some trips), I've gotten numbers again which, for me at least are WAY easier to decipher.

Hilton is screwing with the website again.
They have decided to add another layer to checkin, at least to my account. So account #, password, and before CAPTCHA you have to click a box "I am not a robot."
Naturally they have loused it up. Been trying for 30 minutes to get in and all I get is:
"Internal Server Error - Read
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Reference #3.74896783.1419003334.deb63cf"
Thanks, Hilton IT.
