Signed in my gf on 13 June for gold. Did not manage to pick up the 5k for her though. Tried it - eeeehhm- a couple of times. They obviously fixed that hole. Anyways, gold is still well-good.

Firstly, it's Diamond
The distinction is that Diamonds get a 25% higher bonus, they're guaranteed executive lounge access even when they don't get upgraded, and they get the Diamond Force (48-hour reservation guarantee, kinda).
Family accounts were Silver, all got upgraded to Gold, did it second round, got the message that points would post -- no points posted (keeping my fingers crossed)
