Also... how gay-friendly is the Marina Bay Sands? I probably won't stay there, but I do like my gambling.

When I went to Cruise asked me the same thing and I said Waterworks in Toronto and "places in Berlin much crazier than this" but don't know if he picked up on that.
At least some are decent enough to put the bag of cash or credit card emoji in their profile. If someone messages me first and they don't list something about job/school/personal in their Grinder I assume after about 10 back and forths I'll get...by the way I can do massage. I don't think anyone will actually meet you first THEN tell you they're a money boy.

All of the hotels are gay friendly and it seems like a large proportion of the front desk staff are gay. I wouldn't pick a hotel simple due to the gay-friendliness.
Personally I don't find the Marina Bay Sands to be a great place to stay. It's awfully busy with many mainland Chinese tourists, there is a surcharge each time you take a taxi, and it's just not that near to other places you might want to visit.

FWIW, Marina Bay Sands is very easily reachable by MRT at Bayfront station on the Downtown and Circle Lines. You can walk from the station very easily onto the casino floor.
