what kind of Micky-Mouse school of programming did their developers go to that they'd rely on user actions to rebuild the data piece-by-piece? At least flush the cache when new fares are loaded or set it to rebuild automatically every 5 minutes... as someone involved in web dev myself I'd be embarrassed to turn out a product with such a glaring deficiency.

I have a flight this week booked months ago that hasn't shown up on my account page... well ever I guess. I used to be able to get to via My Bookings, but now it just shows me the brief listing but returns an error when I try to see the details. Same deal going through the front page viewing link. I had to call to confirm it was even still scheduled (they assured me it is). Guess I'll see if I'm able to check in online.
I've never been able to get the online check in to work on any browser on my Android phone, maybe something to do with the pop-ups?

Updating, I now have three upcoming flights booked since the change in the website and *none* of them show up under Reservations on the My Account page. I called the Summit line to ask them what's going on and got a "Sigh, yes, we know" response and a suggestion to lodge a complaint via customer service. Criminy!
Virtually There also works from mobile devices.

Have you ever used Sabre's Virtually There? Even when I have the same experience you have with the F9 site, in trying to open an upcoming reservation, Virtually There will display all details, offer an electronic receipt, etc., as well as allow me to check-in.
I did contact CS and let them know about the reservations issue and the Today's prices issues (one week I looked at had no prices listed at all!) and got an email back that suggested someone is at least looking into it. We'll see what happens.

What would Frontier do without all of us FTers and our no-fee consulting?

Indeed.
And points to Team Frontier for getting back to me quickly with answers. Unfortunately, those points are more than wiped out by the actual content of the response....
First, re my reservations not showing up since the redesign, they say: "I do know we had a problem with Sabre, were slowly trying to clean up the database and get everything to rights." Fair enough - the keyword there is slowly I guess.
And they confirm what an earlier poster said about the caching of the "Today's Prices" calendar: "regarding the calendar he is correct about the dates that have not been shopped will show up to the user blank. If the date hasnt been shopped in a while it will not cache the fare until after it gets shopped again." No indication that they have changing the caching behavior to something more professional on their agenda.
Several months of website features not functioning correctly might be alarming to some businesses, but I suppose we can all appreciate the calm and unhurried attitude at Frontier.

Credit where due - I got a notice today that the web team had fixed the issue with my reservations not showing up, and in fact they do!
Now if I can just convince them that the Today's Prices calendar is not really helpful if the prices in it are not necessarily in fact Today's Prices....

At least, my experiences have shown the system posting accurate fares.

Ugh -- the ability to book mutiple segments into a single reservation is a function I used fairly often in the past. Not sure when it disappeared, but hopefully it returns. I *think* I saw it within the past 3 weeks or so.

Thought I'd stumbled upon a multiple cities workaround but functionality seems to be gone.
Clicking through a dummy 'Today's Prices' booking and looking at the availability calendar, you can still see 'Multiple Cities?' below 'Find My Flight'.
The multi-city page loads but inputting an itinerary just yields....
Requested action is not supported. Please try again.
Tried Chrome, Safari & Firefox.
Direct URL if someone has more luck than me.
