I noticed that for a flight tomorrow. I called and was told that my existing seat assignment was fine and that it may just be a glitch due to the updated website

Click the My flights tab on the home page. Enter your PNR and last name, you'll see the correct seats displayed there.

There are a few glitches that need to be fixed on the site, i.e. "Executive Bios."

Error 404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
When looking at the fleet page, now, there is a seat map showing different seating options, limitations, and amenities. The Airbus pages show IFE (DirecTV), but the E190 does not yet show the Wi-Fi, as I imagine they are waiting for all aircraft to be activated. One of the suggestions this board had for the new website was to show an icon for IFE next to flight numbers, during the search and booking process. I believe this would still be a good idea, as I don't think many customers will actually look at the fleet pages or even know that they exist (though the fleet pages are a good resource for information).

Not looking too good right now. There's no number under YTD EQM and the box that should be showing my activity for the last 12 months is empty. Plus, on the main page "Hello CMK10" and "My Account" have attached themselves to each other so it says "My AccounthelloCMK10" and can be clicked on.

+1

The following message does appear below the two boxes:

We are currently updating your end of year qualifying miles and segments. Check back after January 15 for current qualifying information.

BTW, there are numerous changes to the website, some cosmetic (more green, less blue), as well as page design. Included are modifications to https://www.frontierairlines.com/fre...yers/myaccount. I still do not see where a customer can change a seat assignment, though. Where can I find that?
I had the login issue last week, too; Chrome is also my browser of choice. It was maddening. Tried from multiple computers, OS' and browsers. Finally got in so I could book another flight.

In general, I'm not at all impressed with the new site, even from an aesthetic perspective (which is subjective, I know); there's too much white space, IMO. Also, as late as last week, I was getting red re-direct warnings in Chrome when I was able to log in. I was getting the new design on one page, but the old design on linked pages. "My account" runs together with my name once logged in, etc... It seems pretty sloppy, overall.

Website not recognizing any Early Returns logins today as of 8:30 AM MT. After calling and going through the maze of automated options, I finally got a live person who said the "website is down" and that no one's FF number is being recognized; she said it'll probably be down all day.

Such a professional airline.

I haven't been able to log in with SeaMonkey for weeks - Firefox works fine.

Yesterday, I checked an upcoming itinerary and found that although all of the correct segments were listed, they were out of order, and the return flights were dated with the initial flights.

A phone call revealed that everything was as it should be and that the web site was just plain wrong. She acknowledged that there were issues from a recent upgrade.

Good thing I like flying with F9, but I can tell you that if I was a newbie, I'd probably take my business to a company whose web site provides accurate information.

So, that's why Flight Status is not working and gives the message

Sorry, No Flights were found from MILWAUKEE, WI (MKE) to KANSAS CITY, MO (MCI)
And it's not just on Flight Status for that particular route, either.

Website is almost unusable with my ipad2. In the event I can actually get logged in, booking flights is a nightmare, been having to use my work laptop.

The new website now shows amenities when your cursor hovers over the question mark, next to the aircraft type on the booking page; included are notations for STRETCH, snack, DIRECTV, and for E90..."WiFi (coming soon)."

Somebody actually listened to our suggestions.

I can't seem to find this. Are you talking about when making a new booking, or when viewing bookings already confirmed?

Can't find the question mark.

When I saw it yesterday, I was on my personal laptop. Now that I'm on my desktop at the office, I don't see it, either - even trying different browsers.

I wonder if they were testing it yesterday, or if it's like when not everyone was able to view the new website, earlier in the year.

The new page looked good and completely different than what I see today.

Update: Just found it - it's not the booking page, but the schedule search page...http://www.frontierairlines.com/plan...line-schedules

Some parts of the Frontier website need to be updated to reflect the fact that all fares are now quoted AI. The http://www.frontierairlines.com/specials/todays-prices page shows revolving fares with an asterisk and a footnote that states:

Additional fees and taxes apply
That footnote needs to be deleted.
