Getting from CDG to Paris...

I don't believe so. I haven't seen anything on UAs website, and the purser on my last flight with UA had no idea. Last time I landed on a UA flight on CDG there was a GS rep to greet me with a FastTrack pass for immigration. I thanked her but told her that I don't need it thanks
and asked about the shower as I had heard about it vaguely in past. She just told me to go to the Sheraton; no pass, etc. I went there and asked at check in and they signed me in, gave me a key, instructions, and a time limit. (I was taking the train onwards to another destination in France and actually not going home for a shower after my flight)
I don't know how easy it would be for someone who is unfamiliar with CDG and who doesn't speak French ie if they want to take the risk of just showing up, but if one is taking the RER into Paris anyways, it really isn't a detour to go and ask.

A reliable way to shower at CDG on arrival for C and F UA passengers is to go to the Star Alliance lounge, which is inside immigration using the elevator near the duty free shops in T1. The problem in doing so is that if you have checked luggage, it will be outside immigration, spinning around on the luggage carousel. Or worse.

I'm not sure why you don't believe this is a benefit. I'm not GS, and there are certainly other posters who have reported the same on the UA forum. Both the GS rep and the staff at the Sheraton verified that this is a benefit. I've never posted about it because frankly most people don't have the need for a shower when landing at their home destination.
Those who do choose to believe me may enjoy the use of the shower at the Sheraton. It's easier than your suggestion which puts the luggage at risk.
Here's just one report on FT for those who care to use it

And this thread has another report as well as a post from 1K Voice from just a few months ago confirming what I have posted

I thought that you might provide some insight since it seems some at Sheraton are not aware of this:
Dear Mountain Trader:
I have contacted the Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel & Conference Centre and they explained that there is not an arrangement where travellers can enter the hotel to use the room and shower without any charges.
If you would like to use the hotel bathroom facilities or rooms then I would recommend making a reservation either at a paid rate or using Starpoints.
ecommunications department
Sheraton Hotels and Resorts Worldwide
United also wrote that they do not know of this benefit.
I know GS services can open doors that are normally closed but how would a regular UA business class customer use this if Sheraton says there is no such arrangement? If they tell their own communications people there is no arrangement, what could such a customer do to change their mind?
It would be great if this is available but I don't see how anyone has enough actionable information to do that. Hopefully some will appear.

Did you look at the posts I quoted? If you don't believe me, then perhaps you believe other posters who recently used the benefit? Or perhaps you believe 1k Voice?
And again, I'm not GS. I was not flying in F. It was a benefit available to me flying in C. The agent who greeted the flight knew about it. The two gentlemen behind the desk at the Sheraton knew about it. They have a process in place for registering people and tracking time.
I really don't care if you use it or not, but I wouldn't want other posters to read your post and think that it is no longer a benefit. I used it very recently and sent a colleague there yesterday.

Contrary to what some have experienced, last month my new Chase Marriott Visa (WITH a chip) did not work at the RER kiosk but my Chase Sapphire Visa (no chip and one of the thicker cards) worked fine.
My take-away is that having backup cards from different issuers is a good idea.
