I thought that you might provide some insight since it seems some at Sheraton are not aware of this:

I have contacted the Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel & Conference Centre and they explained that there is not an arrangement where travellers can enter the hotel to use the room and shower without any charges.
If you would like to use the hotel bathroom facilities or rooms then I would recommend making a reservation either at a paid rate or using Starpoints.

United also wrote that they do not know of this benefit.
I know GS services can open doors that are normally closed but how would a regular UA business class customer use this if Sheraton says there is no such arrangement? If they tell their own communications people there is no arrangement, what could such a customer do to change their mind?
It would be great if this is available but I don't see how anyone has enough actionable information to do that. Hopefully some will appear.
