Finnair's two suggestions for the name of the Paltinum area are:
- Platinum corner
- Platinum winglet
To me this sounds like the Platinum area is not going to be a separate lounge like in the non-Schengen area but rather just a small part of the new lounge. Maybe with some a la carte options?

Palturipalvelu.Whatever the name will be, most likely good old sikaosasto will become the usual concept.
Finally I bet it will land with the easy ”Platinum lounge” name after a highly paid consultant has been applied.

I wish ay would start inviting ppl to those well advance, I allways get the email 2 weeks before and its too late to get time off work by then 🤷♂️😀 or perhaps thats by design 😀😉
So far zero evens have coincided with my days off

I ticked the boxes 'Flying in premium cabins', ' 'Having upgrades clear at time of booking ' and 'Multiple course meals' as my interests and they never sent me any invitations

Lol, found some perfect weekend reading! While visiting my parents I thought I'd go through some of my old stuff and found all these inflight (& other related) magazines I had collected as a kid, dating from 1998 to 2003. Had completely forgotten about these.
