When you reach 200.000 tier points within a tracking period. you will receive what we call a milestone gift. After this, you will receive a gift when you reach each 100.000 points level.

In May 2022:
200.000 receives 40.000 award points or certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
300.000 receives 60.000 award points or certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
400.000 receives 100.000 award points or certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
500.000 receives 100.000 award points or a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
600.000 receives 100.000 award points or a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
700.000 receives no award points but a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
800.000 receives no award points but a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
900.000 receives no award points but a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
1 Million wait for it! receives no award points but a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
So, safe to assume this goes on indefinitely.

I had to call to request the 200K gift over the weekend and while the Plat agent wasn't familiar with this benefit, she pleasantly agreed to send the request to the loyalty department. This morning, no email, but the gift was available in the shop. I'm grateful for this forum to know about these things. Thank you.

Asked via WA for plat tags--apparently customer service has run out and you have to ask at the lounge or check-in at HEL (if they even have any left). Gold tags are still available via WA.

Unfortunately, am US-based and will not be back until late February. If anyone is willing to ship some to the US, I'd refund you plus a little bonus!

While points are great I do wish they offered upg vouchers as a choice too, as those can be combined with award tickets

If there is U availability, CS can change an existing economy award to a business award. I don't know if waitlisting for a change of award is possible in case there is no U availability.
