Also very curious about this guy, in a not-so-grand way. He was in the USAF? I sure hope he didn't act like such an entitled [redacted] in uniform, even in the chair force

He's back at it again with another tone-deaf article complaining that ANA won't change the dates of his YVR - SYD J mistake fare after they downgraded the equipment for a few months.

Definitely. He'll probably use the same template "I WIN...." never being aware of the fact that you can win the battle but ultimately lose the war.

He comes off as a completely self entitled jerk. I think NH will tell him to pound salt. I think that they, unlike the U.S. Legacy carriers some of the BA bloggers try to extort into getting their way, will not budge.
