It's the thumbnail image for the article on the main BA page. You can also see it here: I love AI but it is ruining corporations

The inaccuracies of images generated by artificial intelligence including the examples that are shown in this discussion like the ones that defy physics or have no aisle access annoy me. That includes the glaringly obvious misspellings and warped logos that other bloggers are okay with displaying on their blogs.
I really do not understand that, as I personally would be embarrassed to use those images at my blog...

FYI: he's at it again. He's killed Skylar and introduced Brad Lightyear (I kid you not). He's being less open in the "bio" (digio?) that it's an AI construct, but it was just as obvious from the headline.(nothingburger). Opening the article was...something. This time there were no physics defying aircraft interiors, preferring kind of generic low light lounge pictures, presumably to hide the hand disasters AI is known for. But no amount of darkness can hide the 3-armed doppelganger in the first photo, pretending to be a human while stalking his next victim in the status pen.
Also notable: he's 100% hiding the AI creation by giving him a pretense of being an actual traveler. Ethics be damned: it's all about the Benjamins, baby!

"Ethics be damned: it's all about the Benjamins, baby!" - Been this way for so many years...
Also, these two write their own content. Translated to...paying the same ghost writer...or AI bot lolView From The Wing - Move Your Arm, Miss Piggy! Boy Sneers At Overweight

That project screams: Tell me you don't understand the actual utility of generative AI without telling me you don't understand the actual utility of AI.
So, so cringe.

...and based on what has been posted in this discussion, therein lies the question:
Do images that are generated by artificial intelligence help enhance an article?
If not, why do bloggers use them?

The biggest risk is stuff you use when getting started, when you are writing for no-one and just using whatever images you find. Unless you actively delete those images as you grow and gain a profile, they can come back to bite you as I have found.

Because there is a huge market these days in lawyers going for people who use copyrighted images. Even if you take an image off an airline or hotel website, if its a generic shot it could be one they only licence, not own, and so you are on the hook for a trip to court or a large fine if you use it. Obviously you can licence stuff off Shutterstock etc and I seem to remember being told BA paid for a licence which all bloggers could use?

Why does Boarding Area even waste their time with this crap ?

I’ve spent a lot of time exploring the idea of living in a hotel full-time, and you’d be surprised how practical—and even affordable—it can be under the right circumstances.
Sky Skylar’s Take:
I’ll be honest: when I first heard about living in a hotel long-term, I thought it was a novelty for rock stars and millionaires. But after gathering observations from travelers worldwide, it’s clear that it can be more within reach than you’d expect—especially in an era where remote work thrives, flight routes expand, and loyalty programs grow more generous with each year.
