i would argue "great marketing" is not gimmicks etc

Great marketing is grabbing a CUSTOMER at entry level and jeep him there, wanting buying more !

we clearly disagree on true service

but im not going to disagree re 'effective sales techniques' as i am reasonably familiar with quite a few

Let me make sure I understand. You're taking pleasure in his divorce? What's next? If Lucky gets hit by a car whilst in Hong Kong and has to have his leg amputated. Would you derive pleasure from that?
