Does that mean their passengers are all pretty thin (<1 per seat)?

Seriously, I think they should really do IAD. ORD is a lot harder to transfer from UA with the terminal change.

India unlikely.

Thanks, I found the spreadsheets on the CAA website.

I noticed that as of Nov 4, 2018, BR's TPE->ORD flight arrival moves ahead from 9pm to 7:45pm. Is this a permanent change or just for the winter?

MCT for I->D at ORD is 75 for UA-UA flights and 90 minutes for others, so BR is inching ever so close to unlocking connections to UA's huge bank of flights to the midwest and east coast leaving ORD from 9:05pm to 9:15pm.

That is the day the US Daylight Saving ends. 19:45 is the standard arrival time for the winter schedule.

This is the schedule adjustment they have for every destination when Daylight Savings starts/ends.

Anyone who reads Chinese have the latest load factors for ORD? CAA website in English isn't very helpful... Curious how it's doing as it's our preferred flight to go visit my wife's parents.

The load for ORD for the past few months have been in the high 70s and low 80s. Definitely improved from the same period last year.

Their new 787-9 is now under final assembly in Charleston now. it might be deployed to japan from what I've heard.. we'll see if they will put premium economy on these..

The new 789 apparently have crew rests so PE is a high possibility. Japan will probably be crew familiarization/training.

ORD has been doing well compared to last year after they went through an aggressive and expensive ad/awareness campaign.

Still no word on RL seating on the 789s? Hard to see them squeezing in the same seats in 1-2-1 without some serious modifications.

The RL seats are just a Zodiac Cirrus. They fit 1-2-1 on even an A330.

Air New Zealand to use dry-leased 777s for grounded 787s | IATA AGM 2018 content from ATWOnline

Seems like there will be 1 77W going to NZ. Might not be a bad thing for BR since they have way too many 77W and do not utilize them fully..

Interesting as careful as BR is with stuff, they would dry-lease out their plane to other airlines.
