Overview of the menus and the IFE program

With other airlines (e.g. Emirates), the menu for the respective flight can be viewed in advance on their website or app. Likewise, other airlines offer a plan for the IFE-program for a month. Is there something like that on Etihad?

I cannot speak to menu's in advance but the one thing that struck me on my recent flights US>AUH>SYD was there was only one scheduled meal service for a 12+ hour flights which I found surprising. There was an "all day" option but you had to specifically request it so be aware if this is common practice.

There is no scheduled service. It's all dine on demand. The menu items do run out towards the end of flight - so they try and take down your first meal preference - you can choose to have it later

I was in J and there was a what I would say was a scheduled service at the beginning of both flights. It wasn't what I'd call dine on demand like I got in F the one time I flew EY in that some time ago. I just misunderstood you needed to request stuff for the second go round, once I had figured it out on the second flight it wasn't a big deal.

Correct, when I'm in J - I usually eat in the lounge and then have them save my first meal choice for when I want. Then onwards, its dine on demand. I've had times when almost everything ran out towards the end of flight(AUH-JFK)

Maybe there was a fixed menu sequence during the peak phase of Corona?

Until what time does Etihad serve breakfast in Business Class?

My pre-pandemic experience is that on both EY and QR there is a meal service after takeoff, driven by both passenger expectations and FA convenience, but this does not mean there is no DoD. You just have to ask that the meal be served later. Of course F is different because there are so few passengers. In J they don't proactively say "When would you like to eat?" Still DoD is better than no DoD.

I am not sure why subsequent food service should be hard to figure out. If you look around, someone is being served food at most times during the flight.
