There is no scheduled service. It's all dine on demand. The menu items do run out towards the end of flight - so they try and take down your first meal preference - you can choose to have it later
I was in J and there was a what I would say was a scheduled service at the beginning of both flights. It wasn't what I'd call dine on demand like I got in F the one time I flew EY in that some time ago. I just misunderstood you needed to request stuff for the second go round, once I had figured it out on the second flight it wasn't a big deal.
