Skywards redemption
Hi all redeemed miles for BNP Paribas Tennis today for day session. Arrived at Will Call to pick up tickets but nothing for me
Miles have been deducted but no tickets. Called emirates who called the box office and they say my tickets are there, and when I call the box office they can see my tickets which I have bought for cash, but no Emirates tickets. What can I do?

This seems to be a common theme on these sort of tickets.
Probably too late now, but what I've read in the past is that the tickets don't get sent to the usual ticket office (will call). There is some other office that you need to go to - but trying to find this information is a bit of a nightmare.
When you redeem for Arsenal tickets - there is a special Emirates counter somewhere, but not near the ticket office.

Hung around for a few hours tried various gates and they called hospitality who said no tickets in our name. They would not let us speak to emirates rep or hospitality directly. Went back to hotel and called emirates again to no avail. Surely this process needs to be made easier?

I thought that those tickets were related to EK sponsored events, and therefore there would always be a EK counter ...
I'm also surprised that OP didn't receive a detailed e-mail indicating how to retrieve the tickets, or even a mail with the e-tickets themselves.
The past 12 months, EK invited us for two sport events, and everything was extremely well organized. In both cases, the organization was subcontracted to an outside company, though there were several unmistakable EK FAs...
I feel sorry for OP. I hope that EK will show understanding ...

Here's thread I posted last year regarding EK redemptions. It wasn't me, and the final outcome was better, but it shows what a balls-up EK make out of this :-
