Hi all redeemed miles for BNP Paribas Tennis today for day session. Arrived at Will Call to pick up tickets but nothing for me Miles have been deducted but no tickets. Called emirates who called the box office and they say my tickets are there, and when I call the box office they can see my tickets which I have bought for cash, but no Emirates tickets. What can I do?
