.In short, I'll curse Airbus if they stop the type.
Forgot : At some outstation, only L2 door is used. If the crew is not attentive, you'll deplane after many JCL. (happened last week

777 FCL is a little bit cramped IMO as there is "only" 8 suites. Compared to A388, ceiling is higher (no overhead bin on both), window suites have narrower width, of course no shower, standard lav, no bar, and no stair to look down the cattle
.

Also, a change in equipment under International General Rules allows for a customer to change their flight, free of any fees.
Change of Equipment: (Unacceptable to the passenger)
AREA: ZZ TARIFF: IPRGCXR: AARULE: 0002
TITLE/APPLICATION - 70
STANDARD FORMAT OF ELECTRONIC RULES
Penalties-86 Category 15 4(c)iii
Change of Equipment: (Unacceptable to the passenger)

Penalties-86 Category 15 4(c)iii
All I could find is, unfortunately, a contradictory sentence in the Contact of Carriage:
5.5 Aircraft
5.5.1 We will try to provide the aircraft specified in our timetable (or specified to you at the time of issue of your Ticket) for your carriage, but cannot guarantee any particular aircraft will be used. We can change the aircraft on which you will be carried, whether for operational, safety, security reasons or otherwise.
5.5.2 Very occasionally, it may be necessary for us temporarily to supplement our fleet with aircraft operated for us by another airline. If this applies to any aircraft on which you are due to be carried by us, we will inform you of the identity of the operator of the aircraft, or try to ensure that our Authorised Agents give you such information. We will try also to ensure that you receive the same level of in-flight service and entertainment advertised for your flight, but cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.

Furthermore, a refund or change without penalty at option to the passenger is in order when there is more than 60 total minutes in change to arrival and/or departure time. Let me know if you want the for that.

Sorry for my ignorance.
What is "International General Rules" ? Is this IATA ? Is this a law ? Is this just policy ? What is it's enforcing power ? Are airline personnel aware of it ? Can you oppose it at check-in ?

This gets even worse.
I got an email today with a new eticket without any information that there has been a change in my flights.
Instead of leaving on an early morning flight, I now have to leave the night before to make my connection to EK15
The change in times means that I now have a 8 hr transit at DXB rather than a 2 hr transit. :-(
