Furthermore, a refund or change without penalty at option to the passenger is in order when there is more than 60 total minutes in change to arrival and/or departure time. Let me know if you want the § for that.
That looks like a pasting of terms from AA's conditions of carriage ( https://www.aa.com/i18n/Tariffs/AA1.html#0087 ) rather than EK's
