Are you in A/K seats? If so legroom won't be a problem (no bulkhead in front, just crew jump-seat). If DEFG then you might find the bulkhead in front might reach you due to your height but still better than other Y seats.
Bulkhead seats have solid armrests that can't be raised - this may be a positive or a negative depending on your seat neighbours. (except between E and F).
IFE will be the same as other seats, except that the screens will be stowed in the armrest for take off and landing, unlike everyone else who can use the IFE from gate to gate. Seat stowage will be on the a/c wall to your side. Seats still have in-seat power/USB charge but are attached to the seat frame. Tray table will be smaller than other seats, but still functional (although I find them to be flimsier than the normal ones as they are attached to the seat on one side only).
You can check out the seats for yourself using Google Street View:

(click E on the left hand side to go down to the lower level)

Any advice on getting emergency exit row, or business class upgrade due to height?
Thank you for your information.

Paid 2100 return for J. The F seems to be very empty so maybe that's why they offer 620.... not 520 ,,,it was a typo from my side , to upgrade to F.. I am trying to see what it costs to upgrade with miles and money.

Where are you going? Personally I think you should upgrade the return. I've paid way more than 620 euros, seem to remember a 800 man Dxb to f once..

Sorry I should be more specific: 81A/K on the older aircraft would be good for you, but I suspect you might get one of the newer ones, so you'll be looking at trying to snag row 80 for emergency exit - those are only assigned at check-in at the airport. You'll have to head to the airport early if you want to secure them (they are first come first served).
EK won't upgrade you just because you are tall unfortunately - although they do offer discounted space available upgrades at some USA airports, so you might be able to take advantage of that.

I mean, J flex plus is usually more expensive than F flex in the first place!!
Personally if I had 520 EUR lying about, I'd probably upgrade the return if I had to choose one - the step up from J on a 777 to suites is much more than say, upgrading J A380 to F especially given you can easily get through 100 EUR of F&B in the DXB F lounge.
Given your starting point of 1050 EUR per sector, you're still getting a discount on the current F price too.

It's 620 each way. So really I'd be piling on 1040 .. also the upgrade comes out of my own pocket so I don't mind it one way but both is hurting a little too much of you know what I mean. Plus lounge in Dublin is very basic no no real opertunity to demolish a few pints of Dom. ..lol

Ek22 will go full on 29 Dec so didn't fancy upgrade roulette, but am much more bothered about the Dxb HND leg so coughed up.
That cost more than man cpt in first and Dxb HND in first last year. I guess some people who are entitled to first just book it...

I wanted to snag 68A/K [unlimited legroom in these seats] for my flight so I showed up to DFW when the check in desk had just opened around 8:45am and requested they release one of the seats to me. The agent even commented "you're lucky you came now" to which I responded "It wasn't by accident"
If you cant get 68A/K then go for row 67 or 80 if legroom is your big concern. You might also check if 81A/K do not have a seat infront of them like 68A/K which just depends on the aircraft they operate that day. Again, all these seats are only released at check-in.
Here's a pic:
