I think Addison Lee are having problems meeting the required CD volumes in London. Last week mrs t's car to LGW was also not Addison Lee but a local Gatwick company. Was nothing wrong with it though. Two weeks earlier my LGW car was AL. The driver mentioned it was very busy.

Very good experience both ways with Addison Lee and Tristan. On time and excellent service

Planning to use CD in London in September, glad to know that the experience seems to be (generally) positive for FT members.

Mercedes both ways to and from LHR this month (F), very good service and quality. Both Addison Lee/Tristar. Yesterdays driver said that Wimbledon fort will stretch their capacity as all the CD operators are short of drivers.
Brisbane not so good. Administered by Hughes who describe themselves as Australias leading limo company or similar. Met on landing by a request via e-mail tyo authorise payment for additional distance (requested by me a week earlier), Did this (but now 10 pm Sunday). In the terminal directed to a group of people at an empty cafe table who confirmed the ride but needed to take the payment again. This was local taxi firm and we taken in a clean but old large Toyota taxi. Of course both payments were taken and it took two weeks of repeated e-mails and a copy of a cc statement before Hughes could ‘find’ and repay the payment I made to them. |

Hi All, I saw a similar question asked 3 years ago on this thread and wanted to see if anything has changed. I want to book a trip for my parents with one paid and one award ticket, between DXB and BLR. Would there be any issues if the person on the award ticket rides along?
|
Finally get a chance to be flying with EK again with work and have just learnt that CD had been discontinued for passengers booked on QF codeshares from May. Gutted. :(

I understand classic F awards don’t get this service. How about flex awards?
