Wrong name for airline?

Okay, I'll bite. The forum should be called "Emirates Skywards". This is not only how the Emirates Group name and brand Skywards, it refers to the name of the airline that is in common use (in most of the world: some copy in the USA uses the word 'airline'). It is unlikely to be confused with the United Arab Emirates.
An example from elsewhere on FT: "United MileagePlus" - the airline is actually United Air Lines, Inc., a subsidiary of United Continental Holdings. Whether the organisation selling scheduled air travel styles itself an Airline, airline or Air Line is not relevant to discussion of its FFP.
Other examples: "Delta Skymiles", "Continental OnePass", "Alitalia MilleMiglia" (some may argue that forum should be called "Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana S.p.A. MilleMiglia"... but I disagree!).
At least this forum has a catchier title than "Etihad Airways Etihad Guest"...

FT's Miles&Points > Airline Programs section is theoretically organised by FFPs, so the c
rrect title should be 'Skywards' similar to Flying blue and Miles & More... but then are you prepared to fall down by an umpteen number of cm/in/mm to land between SAS and Singapore on this list:

I have done some more research.
"Emirates" (what is now the Emirates Group) was established by Emiri Decree No.2 in 1985. It is the only actual legal entity that exists.
Emirates airline (sic) is simply an operating division of the Emirates Group, on a similar footing to Skywards, or SkyCargo, or Emirates Flight Catering, or DNATA or other divisions.
Skywards therefore has no relationship with Emirates airline (sic) other than common parentage of the Emirates Group (aka "Emirates").
Therefore, I would suggest that "Emirates Skywards" would be the most appropriate title for the forum. This would represent Skywards correctly as an operating division of the Emirates Group (aka "Emirates"). Under any circumstances though, "Emirates Airlines Skywards" should not continue to be used. "Emirates Airlines" does not exist, neither as a legal nor artificial entity. "Emirates airline" (sic) would be the closest approximation, but Emirates airline (sic) is a separate operating division than Skywards.

I immediately understand it's a subsidiary of Emirates. Even further, I understand that to access the website, I would probably have to type in emirates.com/skywards on my browser...
