Yes! It's called Duty Free. If you buy liquor, cigarette, watch or anything else. You have to pay.

Qantas CEO Alan Joyce says two 787-9s carry the same number of passengers as an A380, but two 787 flights are “a bit cheaper” than one A380.

Good! FAA orders all of the entire A380 aircraft. They have to make sure it is everything is perfect. They will check the engine before they can put it back in the air.
