pretty dumb to use a 787 in place of a 747 JFK-TLV when you can fill the 747 and yet have other junky planes running your more size-matched aircraft. That's El Al for you.

I'm not sure 10-across in Y for United on the 77W is competitive with LY. In any event, selfishly, LY's clapped out 767's are no match for AC on YYZ in J. At least the 747s have pseudo lie flat.. (har har).
Wonder if LY will go 10 across in the 777 refurbishment . They did say same interior as 787, which means 17.5 wide seats |
It will still be better than the current antiquated interior the 772s have (especially ECA/B/C/D) |
Food?
I'm most interested in details as to what type of food each class has. Does premium economy have a menu?

Does anyone know if in LAX, Business class passengers exit the plane through L1 or L2?
At all the other airports they typically only open L2, but they fly the 777 to LAX they open both L1 and L2. Thanks |
I'll be flying LAX-TLV in March if you can wait till then. But I am unsure. I presume they will continue using both doors unless the price for the B789 is more than the B772.
