The whole world is proud of you.
No maybe you can allow other people to eat what they like and give up the moral high ground.

Living in Indonesia for the last 3 years I've encounted a McDonalds with no hamburgers, a Pizza Hut with no Pizza and a Starbucks with no coffee.
I also had some local restaurants with no food at all.

The last time I went to KFC was when we were out of town for a baseball tournament and my son wanted to go. It was one of the buffet places...and well, it will be a long while before I do that again...but I do love KFC cole slaw
Generally speaking, I prefer the fried chicken "meals" from the grocery store if I'm going for greasy and convenient. Its cheaper, and the pieces of chicken are bigger.

I've had KFC run out of something I ordered. I got comped a bag of fries or something and waited the 10 minutes for more to cook.
A friend was in line at Taco Bell last year at lunchtime and a worker came out and yelled to the cars in line that they were closed. I don't know what they ran out of - hot water?

Generally I find the Fastfood chains taste better in Asian Countries and they have nicer alternatives (rice and Spaghetti dishes in KFC with chix)
I generally order just the breast strips instead of the normal pieces. I also get some serviettes and Press the meat to absorb as much oil as possible before eating it.
An occasion trip to KFC is nice. But I definitely don't recommed doing it too often (It is like drinking I guess)
I like it when I can goto a Gordon Ramsay restaurant one day and KFC the other.

Seriously, beans? How does a Taco Bell run out of beans? Not only is it their most fundamental ingredient, it probably comes in cans and never goes bad, so they should have just filled a stock room with them! And it was literally every time, too, so shouldn't they know to place a slightly larger order the next week?
I got so tired of calling the national customer service line and receiving coupons good for free items (which I couldn't use, since they were always out) that I simply quit complaining...

There is one Taco Bell in Fairbanks, Alaska that's open 24 hours but shouldn't be. Every single time I went through their drive-thru late at night, they were out of both beans and something else (usually beef, cheese, or onions).

I have eaten there once too (not sure why... lots better eateries in FAI...
)I have been to a KFC buffet before (probably 15 years or so ago... a distant memory...) IIRC- it was an odd experience- and haven't been back to KFC since...

Sometimes one wants to feed the whole family for under $10. Sometimes someone has a craving for the crap. It actually sounds pretty good about now. I don't think I've had it for a couple of years at least (and recently I went to Church's for the first time in several years and was sorry I did).
