I checked into the Marriott, logged on to FT and asked a simple, lame-o question

We have the liquid and the powdered varieties. The powdered ones are in the motor home as it's easier to store. We have found it at several of our favorite Mexican restaurants as well as some diners that we enjoy.
I like it better than regular Tabasco and hope they come out with a Chipotle flavor soon.

Cholula gave me some coupons and it's become my hotsauce of choice. I see it sometimes at restaurants, including IHOP. Another FT bonding moment, I would have to agree.

I stumbled upon Cholulua in my pre-FT days...I needed a substitute for El Cotixan's (taco shop at genessee and balboa in SD) and Cholula sorta fit the bill. It wasn't until joingin FT that I found anyone else who liked Cholula. I mean, people who love miles AND Cholula?? I was home

Here is a marketing first. Cholula used on KANGAROO meat!
We took Margo's teenage daughter to the Summit Restaurant this week for her Birthday. The tall revolving restaurant on top of the Centrepoint tower in downtown Sydney CBD.
She ordered Kangaroo steak, which is quite a strongly flavored cut of meat.
I gave her my last bottle of Cholula, until the gift pack arrives somehow from the USA, and she and her friend splashed it all over the Kangaroo.
A world FIRST for Cholula sauce I'll bet.^^

thanks for the recommendation, without this thread i probably wouldn't have tried it.

I just ordered the half gallon economy size of hot sauce Cholula for a friend who fell in love with it after an intro from FlyerTalker Cholula. Makes a great Christmas gift.

And don't forgot, those TSA-groovy, Kippie Bag-friendly 2 oz. travel size bottles make great stocking stuffers!

Given the difficulties I had in sourcing cholula for the first time (when we got two), at the first opportunity we grabbed more. 6 little bottles (the largest they had) in the cardboard presentation box. Only one and a half are left now.
We've had a similarly sized bottle of tabasco for longer and only now is it coming to its end.
Cholula is definitely the hot sauce of choice in our house.

While I have been enjoying Cholula for 25 years, long before FT, discovered in GDJ on a trip there many moons ago, I am also an addict. I have several bottles in my house now in various levels of use. I also like other hot sauces as well.
