La Jolla, CA for fish tacos.
Santa Fe, NM for the elk steak at The Compound
New York, NY for the filet mignon at Union Square Cafe
Finally, I'd go back to the Oak Bar in New York for an extra dirty martini.

In Paris, TX, www.pollythefoodsnob.com to try her stuffed poblano peppers, homemade chips, and chocolate mousse!
This gal is awesome, and she was on Hell's Kitchen last year on Fox.
happy eating!

Yu Yuan for garlic long beans (Guilin)
Richard's on Bonaire for sunsets (the food is fantastic, too)

Grand Cayman for the beignets at The Lighthouse. A giant dish of them, atop and amid white chocolate mousse and a strawberry jam-like sauce, with strawberries and kiwi, dusted with sugar and dark chocolate. More than enough for four people to enjoy after dinner and then again for breakfast the next morning.

I would go back to Lisbon just to eat these "pillow" pastries. I don't know the exact name, but they were so light and delicious. Tried a few with coffee then bought a dozen for breakfast the next day!

Previously mentioned in a couple posts above, but I would go back to Shanghai for the Xiao Long Tan Bao (soup dumplings). I didn't have them near the pond, but they're available at many restraunts and are completely delicious.
