Ah, good. Do you know which street it's on?

Also, thanks for suggestions from other posters. We don't have a Sam's Club around here that I'm aware of, but there is a Costco. tls

Pretty good but I wouldn't pay that price for it. If you can get it for <=$150 then it may be worth purchasing. I might rather buy 2 bottles of Aberlour A'bunadh, even at that price.

It's excellent, in fact, it's the first scotch (or whisky of any kind) I ever tasted. That was in 2007 and I've never looked back. The typical price I see is $180, and during Christmas they used to have a Johnnie Walker Blue kiosk at Columbus Circle in NYC where they'll engrave the bottle for free and place it in a gift box for free.

P.S.: I found it in the LH first class lounge at JFK

Is Blue still a blended scotch? How would it compare to a Macallan 12 or 25? Anyone know?

Yes, it is still a blend.

I can't offer any feedback on your secnod question, other than to say you're comparing apples (blend) to oranges (single malt). Not to mention that personal preference will drive a lot of the perception and reality here.

Yeah, but bourbon is not scotch. Aren't all bourbons blends?

Most, but not all. To wit:

The F terminal also had an outstanding Glenfarclas last time I was in FRA. ^ Also had a couple of other top-shelf choices IIRC.

If you're a Scotch drinker with a boatload of *A miles, I highly recommend LH.

Is it really that good? Any way to get it cheaper than the list price? tls
If you have any international trips planned you can pick it up for under $200 at the DF on your return.

I had a phenomenal Kavalan Sherry Cask when I was at the LH F Lounge in MUC earlier this year.
