I actually love Fried chicken and waffles with bacon on top.. Lots of syrup..

Some asian folks thought of it as disgusting.. But its good! Just like eating a chicken sandwich with a sweet sauce..

I don't mind eating the above seperately at the same meal..

The foods get all mixed up in the tummy anyways.

Ah ok.. Am doing the 5 meals-a-day training regiment.. Tough, but when you try to lose weight, apparently as many people said to me: Portion Control..

Yes, the 400 calorie count doesn't give much options...

But certainly NO:

Fat
Sugar
Grease

and LESS:

Meat
Carbs
Fruits

unfortunately MORE:

Veggies
Poultry
Fish
Protein bars

Blech.. This diet thing is sucky, but then again it makes you lose weight..

Funny.. diets encourage to get more kilojoules..

which means energy..

which means calories..

But in the end.. pound in more calories with less weight.. That is why the KFC diet works.

I'd have to train myself to do the five full-sized meals per day training regiment. I can only do four. I think it'd take the stomach of beckoa to eat five full-sized meals per day!
