we have a box of cornbread from Trader Joes. I liked it. My spouse dislikes it and we used a boxed brand of regular stuffing. Still ace.

We always have shredded chicken in our cornbread dressing.

Voted sausage, but I'm a little confused because the sausage stuffing I'm familiar with is bread-based, and bread is a separate category...

I like cornbread in general, but typically avoid cornbread dressing because most that I've tried hasn't been cooked enough and is more like corn mush.

Nyt mentioned sourdough stuffing for San Francisco. I enjoyed the basic supermarket mix. We add celery, onion, dried apricots, and toasted almonds.
yummy yum.

my grandparents were immigrants from southern China. Growing up for family thanksgiving & Xmas gatherings, we had Chinese sticky rice (with Chinese lob Cheung sausage) with the meal which is kinda like stuffing. I’m pretty sure that we also had stuffing.

I actually don’t know sausage stuffing nor oyster stuffing.
