What kind of stuffing/dressing?
A little Thanksgiving Day poll....

I voted Cornbread but honestly every Cornbread dressing make contains breakfast sausage.
Enjoy your day, folks. |

Enjoy your day, folks. We always have shredded chicken in our cornbread dressing. |
Voted sausage, but I'm a little confused because the sausage stuffing I'm familiar with is bread-based, and bread is a separate category...
I like cornbread in general, but typically avoid cornbread dressing because most that I've tried hasn't been cooked enough and is more like corn mush. |
You can vote for more than one.

Nyt mentioned sourdough stuffing for San Francisco. I enjoyed the basic supermarket mix. We add celery, onion, dried apricots, and toasted almonds.
yummy yum. my grandparents were immigrants from southern China. Growing up for family thanksgiving & Xmas gatherings, we had Chinese sticky rice (with Chinese lob Cheung sausage) with the meal which is kinda like stuffing. I’m pretty sure that we also had stuffing. I actually don’t know sausage stuffing nor oyster stuffing. |
