This exact pizza is what I always get at Emmy Squared - it’s probably my favorite Detroit-style generally (at least to my memory)!

It is delicious, tasty and savory with the creaminess of the vodka sauce and burrata and a little spiciness from the pepperoni along with the crispy crust edges - perfect with a a glass of pinot grigio.

No picture because everyone knows what a rotisserie chicken looks like. Publix Mardi Gras flavor is seasoned with thyme garlic and rosemary. Good flavor but the meat was dry. I only do this once a year when I forget what a disappointment it is.
