Something a little different- Bison Strip seared with black truffled mashed potatoes and paired with a 2023 Gigondas (a Rhone was perfect since I didn’t want an overly tannic red with Bison being so lean)

Opened Dianping accidentally after an app update, and my photo feed refreshed with plenty of Bangkok pizza recommendations - though, I didn’t know what was being written (due to it being in Chinese and all) - I know the photos of L’Oliva looked right up my ally - the prosciutto e burrata pizza was truly fantastic - thanks, Dianping!
