leftover veggie pizza slices then I drove my son and his gf to Golden Gate Park… 9:30p supper gao viet, sf: skinny pho oops - I failed to closely read the menu. They sub shredded cabbage for the actual noodles. I normally avoid Mexican food outside of Texas and Mexico - however, at Red Iguana in SLC, I really enjoyed my chicken quesadilla and guacamole - but the queso needed some significant improvement

Carbonara pizza at Settebello in SLC - I wouldn’t really consider this a Neapolitan despite their signage stating VPN certification, but the toppings and flavor were good

No pics but last night I made a riff on coq au vin. Instead of using bacon, I used crumbled Italian sausage. I think next time I would keep the sausage in the casing and just slice it.
