I just don't post all the others. :p
But I have been going on a cooking spree lately. I am trying to make room in my freezer for all the Girl Scout cookies & half priced VD candy to move in there.

Pan grilled chicken breast with onion/honey/herbal sauce

Throw in some veggies & potato, voila! It tasted as good as it looks (sorry for bragging). Salad not shown.

I added some more sauce during eating.

Garden club potluck. Loads of delicious food. I filled a plate with ham with pineapple sauce, a vinegar cole slaw, macaroni salad with tuna and hard boiled egg and a casserole of spaghetti, mushrooms and sausage. A can of Pilsner to wash it down. And I won a rosemary plant in the raffle.

She does! No matter how modest she tries to be, Corky's meals always look spectacular. I bet the taste is as well. She is a kitchen goddess.

Tonight I had a sweet potato and leftover broccoli. If any restaurant served me that meal, I would want my money back.

How was it?

I would give it a medal. A little darker in color and a little more “bite” than a typical Pilsner. I would only subtract points for excessive foaming.
