Last weekend - smoked and seared SRF ribeye caps, rosti and sautéed spinach. The kids love rosti, so fortunately they help with the prep parts I don’t like :D

Pizzeria da Nicola is inside the inner city walls a few blocks south of the Bell Tower. Good for people watching on the walk there and back, but watch out for the e-bikes!
