Yes. They call it "flap meat steak." It doesn't have to be marinated. Not sure why, but their's is tender - probably because it's the outside cut? But, regardless, I agree, skirt has a great flavor.

I paid $13.99 lb. last week. But, that's what I went there for, so I was going to pay whatever. And yeah, the packages are up to 3 lb. plus, so it adds up.
I also portion meat out when I get home. Not my favourite thing, but kinda necessary. |

My dinner after the drive to Lexington - takeout from local chain Malone’s (Veuve Rose was well chilled as per usual traveling in my Yeti Roadster during the 6.5 hour road trip . Again this is the lovely thing about Homewood Suites and similar, you can make takeout in a nice relaxing meal

i love that this place distinguishes that they’re northern Iranian. We already have so many Indian places that specify if they’re South Indian or North Indian.
