Rather hot and steamy day today so I made a blender of frozen margaritas and steak quesadillas from the left over Prime Ribeye grilled on Tuesday with a batch of homemade guacamole. No photos was hot and rather ravenous

Decided to make this a lobster weekend. Tonight the ever decadent Lobster Newberg paired with a 2023 Chablis. On a different note, I can’t get this dish to ever look good with a photo even remotely as good as it tastes- it’s lobster in a rich custard finished with good dry sherry and Kerrygold butter (first picture iPhone, second iPad)

No decanter, but the bottle was opened an hour before the meal which stretched for another couple of hours. I thought it was just right in terms of aging, but could easily go several more years without any degradation. One of the better Pinots I've ever had.
