Do You Eat the Skin?
When younger I would usually eat the skin on chicken if it was crunchy or on fried chicken. But, have taken it off for the last 20+ years since it is not so healthy.

Some of the skins I won't eat:
sweet potato, cucumber, apple, chicken, eggplant, turnip.
Some of the skins nobody eats (correct me if I'm wrong):
banana (although I did try smoking it in the 60's - thank you Donavan), winter squash.

I love crispy roast pork skin, crispy salmon skin. Roast chicken/turkey/duck doesn't need to be crispy, but I'll take it as long as it's not too soggy. The skin is where all the flavors and seasonings are cooked in.
I'm getting a hankerin' for Peking Duck...

The "nuggets" are composed of a large percentage of chicken skin, while the breading on nuggets is just breading....
