Just had an amazing dinner at Long Chim in Perth this evening - larp, fish cakes, beef skewers, noodles, vegetable curry, Massaman curry, green papaya salad and deep fried Blue Spot emperor. It was fantastic with the Leeuwin Estate Arts Series riesling!!

I call it deconstructed Bubble and Squeak. Potato chunks fried in bacon grease, mixed with shredded cabbage, green onion and red & yellow bell pepper.

Desnivel Restaurant, San Telmo Lunch Twelve bucks got me a massive delicious top loin steak, which combined with the chimichurri on the table and free fresh bread made for a cheap and amazing lunch on my daytrip to BA. http://puu.sh/oeu04/18d9b57afe.jpg Fellow FTer chiefNWA and I flew down for the day on DL in J and managed a great eleven-hour-on-the-ground-trip. |

Second one was a dorade tartare with a creamy sauce, the dollop that looked like an egg. Super excellent. the 3rd one was white fish. Triple super mouth watering excellent. The resto changes its menu weekly, so can't wait for next week. |
Went by Parker and Otis here in Durham and picked up a turkey, cream cheese and pepper jelly sandwich and some dill potato salad.
