Last night was good old Cottage Pie. For a change the topping was equal proportions of potato, cauliflower and sweet potato mashed with butter, salt & white pepper. Very nice, I shall be doing that again as I found it much lighter than the usual potato only mash.

Went to the Hibernian Pub in Downtown Raleigh for lunch today. On Monday's they do $5 build your own burger so I got one with cheddar, lettuce, cucumber and BBQ sauce and it comes with fries too. Plus, $3 Yuengling ^
