Don't forget to get photos of the Tiger Aunties before they are history!!!

As LPS isn't NEA operated it would take a law to do that. Not likely I think.

Yes, the prawns are from Best Satay and the 40 sticks from 3/4. But 3/4 fetched them and I think in retrospect added a little .... as last time when I fetched it was a touch less. Still we mustn't begrudge a little for the service ...:)

I doubt whether the Tiger Aunties will dissapear and it's a joke that NEA stopped them in their sites.

Last night was good old Cottage Pie. For a change the topping was equal proportions of potato, cauliflower and sweet potato mashed with butter, salt & white pepper. Very nice, I shall be doing that again as I found it much lighter than the usual potato only mash.

Went to the Hibernian Pub in Downtown Raleigh for lunch today. On Monday's they do $5 build your own burger so I got one with cheddar, lettuce, cucumber and BBQ sauce and it comes with fries too. Plus, $3 Yuengling ^

Talking of which ... we had our very first real byriani in Singapore yesterday and we have had dozens over the years.

Most make the rice and a seperate pot of mutton curry and put the curry on top of the rice. Yesterday we had some that was made properly all in the same enormous vat. It was wonderful ... and all less that £5.

:)

Thanks.

I knew what wifey would want after being noodled out after an extended trip in Singapore ... we got back this morning ... so although it looks pretty basic she woofed it all up. Cumberland sausages in a buttery onion potato mash with some beans in Yorkshire baskets and some HP sauce.

:)
