If you are ever in London, Ontario, the Oar House. At least, they were 11 years ago the last time I had them, but I am sure they are still decent.
If anyone knows of a decent place to get Buffalo wings in the other London (England), do let me know.

In the Phoenix area I'm huge fan of Zipp's Sports Cafe wings. Sports bar chain with quite a few locations in the valley. Same owner as Goldie's in Scottsdale. Dozen medium, extra well done, with a side of hot sauce = heaven.
I have a blog devoted to chicken wing news and reviews:

Drover's in WV

The Blue Danube in Toronto, OH (not sure if they're open any more - only served on Sunday and Thursday)
Anchor Bar are OK, the two above are much better both in terms of size of wing, crispyness/juicyness balance, and taste of sauce.
Quaker Steak and Lube are OK. Louisiana Lickers are pretty darn good. Probably the best of the "chain" places.
BW3 has great sauces, but the chicken itself is horrible. Tiny midget wings.
To the poster above, sorry, you can not find a good wing, period, in Colorado. Steamboat Smokehouse in Steamboat Springs is the only possible exception. You have to experience what it's like in the area between say Pittsburgh and Buffalo - there's a TON of great wing places in that part of the country.

The Anchor Bar has a branch inside security at BUF. This combines all aspects of FT in one place. And you can take them on board any flight because you're past security and eat them while others are munching on United's excuse for expensive sandwiches. The wings taste best when someone next to you is eating an inedible POS.

I hadn't been to a 'traditional' wing place in awhile, a client who is a big fan of wings suggested BW3, having not been in awhile I was all for it.
tc, I have to agree with your description. Good choice of sauces but the chicken was nothing special.

Nice to see all the Buffalo folks here.
My opinion - Anchor Bar has great wings, but the place has almost become a cliche with all the publicity its' gotten. As another poster noted, there are a zillion places in the Buffalo area that serve great wings. We have a Wing Fest in Buffalo every year, and all the places showcase their goods - heavenly! And people do come from near and far to join in.
OT - while you Buffalo guys are around, why don't we ask where's a good place to get beef on weck? I expect there'll be a lot of crickets chirping.

If anyone that enjoys wings makes it to NYC with some time to kill, shoot to Westchester. There is a little hole in the wall place called Candlelight Inn, in Scarsdale on Central Ave, 10 or so tables, a bar, no CC's only cash. Amazing wings, best I've ever personally had.
me for a bit and saying where Candlelight Inn is in relation to where Dragon's Den was....
