I tend to agree. I did enjoy the Southern Tier one recently though, that's a notable exception.

Funny you mention this. Found myself not liking Leo as much this trip. Somehow tastes very sweet to me now.
Singha has been my go to and enjoying it much better.

I will blame Leo manufacturing and not my changing tastes as I age... HAHA

Same here in regards to variety packs of various beers. Invariably at least 25% of the beers in variety packs are not to my liking. The variety packs are great for picnics where many people with their many different preferences are attending. But, I have gone back to buying one or types of beer at a time for myself. Usually, it's one good crisp lager and one dark beer.

We had to go to The Villages to pick up some jewelry that had been repaired. On the way back, we pulled into Wine and More which advertises 1,000 beers in stock. That made it a very dangerous place. I managed to only buy 4 of them.

Abita 2021 Christmas Ale - appears to be a lightly spiced brown ale.

Michelob Ultra at the holiday party. Was happily surprised to see it available, and quite a few people drinking it.

Almost ordered that today at a local Cajun place to have alongside a softshell crab po boy. Chose the purple Haze instead, which was good, but I'll go back for the Christmas Ale. We don't see many brown ales around here.

I agree. I haven't disliked anything yet, but nothing has screamed OMG.

The Costco wine advent calendar, on the other hand, was pretty horrid.

Anyone tried this? I’m tempted but at that price for 4, I would prefer a single bottle just in case it’s awful.

Ology is out of Tallahassee. I didn’t know this was a style. Peroni and Moretti are the 2 Italian beers I’m most familiar with and they’re lagers. It’s refreshing.

Our local Fort Point also makes an Italian style pilsner, that's quite good.
